We are not a large company, and that is a deliberate choice. Every job is assessed by a qualified engineer. The person who surveys your property is the same person who carries out the work. There are no salespeople and no subcontractors. You get an honest assessment, a fixed price in writing, and work carried out to a professional standard.
We do not recommend solutions before we have properly diagnosed the problem. That means we will not install a PIV system if rising damp is the actual cause. We will not sell a damp proof course if poor ventilation is driving the condensation. Every recommendation we make is based on what we have actually found on the day.
We are based in Mossley, in the Tameside borough, which puts us well placed to reach the whole of Greater Manchester quickly. Most jobs in central Manchester, Stockport, Oldham and Tameside are attended within 24 to 48 hours of booking.

Every job is priced in writing before any work starts. We do not change day rates. If a job takes longer than expected, that is a pricing problem on our side, not yours.
We only install Nuaire, Ventaxia and Envirovent units. All carry a full 7-year manufacturer warranty. We do not use unknown-brand discount units to improve margins.
We protect your floors and surfaces during installation and leave the property clean at the end of every job. This is a standard, not a selling point.
